Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team of nine dedicated engineers. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and integrating IT solutions across mobile, Mac, and Windows platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for enabling employees to achieve their best work through secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and resolve application system performance issues to maintain SLA commitments.
• Design and manage scalable, sustainable IT solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply technical concepts effectively.
• Optimize systems to meet multiple use cases without over-engineering.
• Document systems and processes for operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, scripting, and CI/CD tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

• 3+ years of IT experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one operating system/hosting platform.
• Experience with:
  • Cloud-based PaaS and SaaS platforms integrated with on-prem infrastructure.
  • Virtualization and containerization technologies.
  • Monitoring, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.
  • Scripting development (e.g., PowerShell) and modern programming .
  • platforms, tools, and adjacent systems (e.g., SCCM, Windows, Intune, Group Policy, Tanium).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, branching strategies, and development workflows.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Skills:

• Proficient in application performance management, cloud technologies, and scripting .
• Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and development practices.
• Networking knowledge and strategic thinking capabilities.
