Systems Engineer
We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who excels in technical skills and building strong relationships. With 3-8 years of experience in physical servers, Windows server administration, and Azure, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance and administration of Physical Server and SAN technologies
Installation, maintenance and administration of Hyper-V Clustered environments
Installation, maintenance and administration of Windows Server 2016-2025 (Including Core)
Active Directory infrastructure maintenance
Azure AD maintenance
Maintenance and administration of DHCP, DNS, IIS, FTP and other network services
Monitor and maintain customer incidents and service requests
Respond to server resource monitoring alerts
Knowledge and applied experience handling server performance monitoring and tuning
Ability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule
Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues
Collaborate with IT and Business leaders to develop functional strategies
Actively and effectively listen to business need
Propose new and emerging technologies to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
Communicate and translate technical issues to non-technical business partners
Qualifications
Experience installing and maintaining Windows Server 2016-2025 (Including Core)
Microsoft Active Directory administration and maintenance
Knowledge to install and configure Hyper-V clusters
Knowledge and understanding of SAN concepts and connectivity protocols
Demonstrate basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell or other
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time critical production environment
Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service and work ethic
