The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing their extensive experience and skills in systems engineering to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our systems.

Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive experience in systems engineering to maintain and improve our systems.
Leverage knowledge of Azure and RedHat to manage and improve our cloud-based systems.
Use your familiarity with container environments, automations, and load balancers to improve our Kubernetes systems.
Utilize VMware to manage our virtualization needs.
Leverage Rubric to perform backups and ensure the security of our data.
Use your understanding of networking to improve our systems, with a focus on Cisco gear.
Apply your skills in Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, DELL EMC Technologies, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Automation, and AWS Technologies to perform tasks and solve problems.
Maintain a focus on customer service, processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must-have for effective performance in this role.
Demonstrated experience with Citrix Technologies is required.
The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
Proficiency in DELL EMC Technologies is essential for this role.
The potential candidate should have hands-on experience with Dell Technologies.
The candidate should possess demonstrable skills in AB Testing.
Knowledge of Active Directory is required for this position.
The candidate must have a strong background in Automation.
Experience with AWS Technologies is a crucial requirement for this role.
