Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Systems Engineering Project Manager is responsible for supporting Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) with the systems components of construction projects. As a Systems Engineering Project Manager at Graham, you will: Manage the project schedule and milestone dates for the systems scope on the project. Manage PICO test procedures and reports. Develop, manage and track Systems related Requests for Information (RFI’s), Field Modification Instructions (FMI’s), Work Method Statements (WMS’s). Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labor material and equipment activities. Collaborate with Preconstruction in preparing, revising, and monitoring information regarding reports related to costs involved in developing the project budget. Monitor project change management process, identifying change events, submitting change notices, and tracking changes. Review contract documents to obtain a clear understanding of deliverables, which will ensure project work is completed on time within budget. Manage the review and communicate objectives for critical milestones, budget, schedule and client satisfaction measurements to project team members. Build effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups. Qualifications/ Experience: Completion of an Electrical or Telecommunications related Degree or Diploma. 7+ years of Project Coordination and / or Systems Engineering experience. Experience with Transit Instrumentation and Controls is strongly preferred. Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Primavera, OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam or BIM modelling are assets. Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
