Whether you are a car-lover, a battery-geek, or a technologist with a passion for a cleaner and more sustainable future, ADI battery management business unit is a premier career destination with a bright future.Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Automotive BMS /Wireless BMS are very complex solutions, designed and engineered by >100 engineers to an ASPICE model. Verification of those solutions is as critical as the design. It requires excellent system understanding, system verification thinking and close teamwork with Hardware + Software design, System Applications, System Architecture and Quality teams. The Systems Validation engineer is responsible for driving the systems validation effort of our key programs and will work with the system architect(s) and designers to understand the requirements, specifications, and implementations to prepare and execute suitable validation plans. Define a long-term validation roadmap of capabilities, flows and methodologies to continuously improve productivity.Creatively plan to test devices in corner cases where potential marginalities and issues could arise above and beyond the given specifications.Consult on required hardware system boards and software to automate the test cases to achieve best coverage and the highest efficiency.Minimum qualifications Minimum BSC or BENG in Electronic or Computer Engineering; MSEE or MSCE.In our growing team we are looking for several candidates from graduates to experienced engineersExperience and Skills:Understanding of Systems Engineering and/or formal testing of complex (ideally automotive) systemsSoftware development or Software test experience that is compliant to an ASPICE model.Experience with AUTOSAR-based developments advantageous.C/C++ (embedded) and Python or other programming/scripting languages.Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.Experience with Software Compiler/debug tools, for example IAR/Keil/SeggerExperience with software revision control, repositories, and regression testing (for example Git, Bitbucket, SVN)Knowledge in analog and mixed-signal board design and layoutComfortable with Spectrum/logic analyzers and oscilloscopes and other hardware debug toolsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.Clear communicator with excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.Motivated, proactive, fast learner and hands-onNice to have:Hands-on experience in automated silicon validationBackground in automated Software and System VerificationExperience in wireless networking or RFExperience in the development or validation of functionally safe productsExperience of requirements management (JAMA, DOORs etc.)Background in Functional SafetyBackground in CybersecurityExperience with ARM-based microcontrollers (Cortex-Mx or Cortex-Rx series) #LI-CO1Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: 1st Shift/Days
