- 3-5 years in operations or systems administration, ideally in a digital media agency or fast-paced setting
- Proficient in business software like MS Dynamics (CRM), Monday.com, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of business workflows and using technology to enhance them
- Experience managing technology projects from selection through implementation and optimisation
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements through technology and process optimisation
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying inefficiencies
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work with vendors and teams to resolve complex issues and improve operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration and clear communication of technical concepts

No two days working here will be the same, but generally as a Systems Operations Manager you can expect to be responsible for:

- Manage and optimise core software platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Monday.com) to meet business needs
- Collaborate with departments to identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven solutions
- Provide technical support, training, and act as subject matter expert for key platforms
- Develop scalable, efficient processes with department heads
- Drive process automation and integration across platforms
- Document and standardise operational procedures for technology use
- Research and propose emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead evaluation and selection of new technology solutions aligned with business strategy
- Manage vendor relationships for optimal support and resource efficiency
- Gather and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve systems
- Oversee system administration, upgrades, and maintenance
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures
- Ensure software security and regulatory compliance
