Systems Test Engineer

PGS Worldwide is actively seeking a skilled Systems Test Engineer to support ongoing projects for an Aerospace leader in Orlando, FL. This is an initial 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity and I will respond immediately to all qualified candidates.





Job Description:





Telemetry and Flight Termination System (TM/FTS) Engineer to support JASSM production and development.





-Primary responsibility will be to provide TM/FTS supplier component technical oversight to support ongoing qualification and/or lot acceptance tests and production deliveries.





-Candidate will be responsible for communicating status and issues as well as recommendations to program.





-Travel to supplier, production, and/or test locations will be required on an as needed basis.





Requirements:





High School Diploma or equivalent





US Citizenship





At least 4+ years of prior experience working with TM/FTS systems, RCC-319 and Test Range Safety organizations.





4-6 years of Electronic Testing experience is required.





4-6 years of Mechanical Testing experience is required.





The role includes elements of requirements, design, analysis, integration, test, reviews, and safety coordination.





Candidate needs to be a self-starter and have the capability of determining one’s own tasking based on input from program.





Desired:





The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience to manage external suppliers with a focus on requirements verification, technical performance, and schedule





Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills to all management/junior levels is desired





Demonstrated experience presenting at program/design reviews, technical reviews, and safety reviews is desired.
