About OgilvyAspiring to grow brands, drive impacts for our clients and inspire our people, T&A Ogilvy has constantly pushed our creativity and mindset to transform from a leading PR agency to the best creative innovation partner and a borderless creative playground for our talents, so everyone can #GrowWithUs.What You’ll Do Create, protect and grow internal Consumer Insights tools and services: Be conversant in relevant consumer trends, lifestyle information and the wealth of information that passes through Alloy AccessAssist current and prospective clients in understanding the value of building a consumer knowledge base to assist them in making actionable marketing decisions Inspire and champion great work: Lead the Insights function in developing briefs for new business projectsDeliver ideas and consumer insight to the creative teams and account teams on any on-going client projects throughout the development process by providing fodder for ideasAssist the account team in developing selling strategies for the work and provide appropriate research support Gather information and synthesize it in the most meaningful manner: Identify and leverage all available information resources, from quantitative syndicated info to qualitative secondary sources outside of our own workPartner with clients to keep them updated on trends in the industry as well as trends outside the industry that may be applicable to their industryEffectively present relevant data to internal clients and external contacts, as necessary Oversee and design development of primary and secondary research as it relates to our business and our clients objectives: Analyze results from qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize the data, identify relevant information and present it with strategic actionable recommendations, internally and externallyConsult with clients to design custom research objectives and projectsBe a trend-spotterFacilitate workshops, lead work sessions, brainstorms, etc. and synthesize information into useful formats Demonstrate thought leadership in the form of information delivery: Author or supervise direct reports in writing research proposals, developing screeners, surveys and discussion guidesCreate presentations and present them to both internal and client teams on trends, research findings, ad testing, etc.Lead facilitation of research and learning planning for client teamsPresent confidently and with great insight, be persuasive, and be able to communicate with co-workers and team members up, down and across the organizationOther duties, as required What You’ll Need Bachelor degree in related field is requiredAt least 1 year of work experience in Planner is a must, in an Agency environment is strongly preferredPrevious moderation and project management experience is requiredDemonstrated success in a similar role with a focus on the urban or multicultural consumer is requiredProven client service orientation with influential written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual in a team environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously How We’ll Support YouOgilvy celebrates its people.
