Tableau Platform Consultant and Operations Expert

Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities: As the Tableau Platform Consultant and Operations Expert, you are part of the team who is responsible for delivering the Tableau Analytics Platform Services to our internal Bosch users and making a significant contribution to a data-driven enterprise. You will:Work with an international team, collaborating on the establishment, maintenance and operation and advancement of our extensive on-premises and cloud services.Support a huge customer community around the world by solving technical issues and provide expert consulting on their developed solutions.Work in an agile working style using Kanban and other methods.Execute comprehensive strategies to grow and foster the Tableau community, ensuring a robust and vibrant ecosystem.Ensure IT security and compliance of the platform according to internal regulations.Evaluate, test, and introduce new Tableau AI features such as Tableau Pulse and Einstein (Data Cloud, Semantics..) and how they can enrich the existing customer value.Enhance the Tableau platform by incorporating Generative AI functionality to enable conversational interfaces for end users.Align with various internal and external stakeholders and adjust / implement the requirements in the platform.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Experience & Know How:+3 years of work experience in the field of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and / or Platform OperationsDeep knowledge in Tableau platform blueprint and products esp. Tableau Server und Tableau CloudKnowledge about BI & Data Analytics IT Architectures are a benefit.Basic knowledge in various database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.), Windows Servers, network basics are preferable.Knowledge regarding IT security and monitoring tools (, New Relic) are also a benefit.Personality:Good team-player, very customer oriented, high-quality standardsVery strong problem solving and analytical skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, outcome orientedWorking style:Ability to derive tasks / measures from given targets.Ability to manage multiple activities and balance different interests.QualificationsAdditional Information3+ years of Experience
