We are seeking a Take 5 Oil Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and management/leadership roles - 2 plus years
• Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated with excellent team management and payroll and scheduling abilities
• Basic to Intermediate financial understanding and responsibility
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Take 5 Quick Lube store, ensuring efficient sales transactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cash register operations to maintain optimal stock levels and profitability.
• Train and supervise staff to uphold a high standard of service delivery.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance store visibility.
• Negotiate favorable deals with suppliers and vendors to support operational success.
