Your next big opportunity awaits!Job Responsibilities:Design and tune automotive audio systems.Develop and document technical requirements.Provide technical support and engage in troubleshooting.Manage customer projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.Handle logistics and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.Participate in occasional travel to customer sites and other Harman locations in Europe.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Acoustics, or related field.2+ years of experience in acoustics or automotive audio system design.Proficient in audio design tools and software.Basic knowledge of loudspeaker designFamiliarity with some of the following areas: acoustical engineering, transducer engineering, digital signal processing, amplifier engineering, physical/psycho-acoustics, or recording arts.Understanding of product development and sound tuning principles.Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.Basic technical and construction skillsEffective communication and project management capabilities.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Other Requirements:A proactive approach and readiness to take on new challenges.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Excellent hearing capabilityOpen to travel to Harman sites within EuropeDriver’s LicenseHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
