The Directorate is responsible for the: Delivery of Priority Projects, which are bespoke, single site, high value projects that have both capital works and commissioning elements and require collaboration within Communities, with other agencies and service providers. Delivery of Priority Programs which are complex, high volume capital programs that also deliver socio-economic benefits to communities. Oversight of Communities’ Asset Investment Program (AIP) assurance functions including reporting, governance and project controls, cost, quality and risk. Current projects and programs being delivered include Common Ground, Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation, Family and Domestic Violence One Stop Hubs and an East Metro Women’s Refuge, Community Housing Grants, the North West Aboriginal Housing Fund and Kimberley Flood Housing Recovery. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a project environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proactive, innovative, collaborative and organised.
