Talent Sourcing and Business Development Specialist

Job Description The Talent Sourcing and Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying top-tier candidates and supporting business development initiatives. This hybrid role involves proactive sourcing, developing talent pipelines, and executing outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively communicate with potential candidates and clients. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies. Identify potential candidates using social media, job boards, and data scraping techniques. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct list building and send LinkedIn messages from the company account. Use judgment to determine appropriate outreach messages for different personas/profiles. Manage and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status. Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and best practices. Perform administrative support tasks as needed. Support business development initiatives through data analysis and outreach activities. Requirements Skills/Requirements Needed: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and data scraping. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients. Experience in business development or outreach activities is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and list building techniques. Requirements Requirements 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region. Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels. Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations. Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region. Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn Strong communication & client interaction skills Experience in advanced sourcing techniques. Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
