Job Description
Serves as the project manager for TO and shall assist the government PM in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), government SMEs, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirement: Must have more than seven (7) years relevant experience with at least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. Preference for managing IT modernization efforts within the federal government environment. Program Management certification (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, other recognized certification, etc.) but not required.
Minimum Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
Required Clearance/Certification(s):
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
- COBAL and JAVA experience is a must
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II
