That being said, here are some of the broad strokes of our Tax Manager leadership position which will support the Individual Tax and Estate Planning Services Service Line.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the planning and management of individual tax compliance and advisory services
• Be a trusted advisor for individual tax needs by building client relationship, managing projects, providing detailed review and signature to tax documents
• Engage in business development activities to continue to meet the needs of individuals with high net-worth in the marketplace, and grow this service offering within strategic areas
• Develop a team of tax consultants and other service line subject matter experts to deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth clients and all PYA client

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of tax and accounting experience with a public accounting and/or consulting firm
• CPA or EA license is
• Previous experience with individual, estate, gift, trust, foundation, and partnership taxation
• Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
• Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
