We want to be an offshore installation contractor with the right expertise, experience and commitment to execute operations safely, on time and within budget.Job DescriptionHow you can make your markIn the role of Team Lead Project Engineering - Offshore Heavy Lifting, you are the connecting factor and internally seen as the person who brings everyone together. Together with the Manager Project Engineering, you ensure optimal staffing of the projects and tenders by the Project Engineering department of Boskalis Offshore Heavy Lift. In addition to ensuring staffing, you are also responsible for ensuring that the people we hire are well guided, trained, and evaluated.Together with the Manager Project Engineering, you will elevate processes, working methods, and thus the department to a higher quality level. You will do this by leveraging your analytical character in combination with your connecting personality and good people skills.Of course, the administration involved in Resource management is also your responsibility, from contracts with agencies and contingent workers and accurately recording worked hours to approving expense claims.To be successful as a Team Lead Project Engineering, you must master the 'game' of supply and demand, have an eye for different interests, and derive energy from improving cooperation within and between departments. Being able to quickly adapt and having a curious mindset is also important to efficiently bring supply and demand together.
