Job Title: Automotive Claims Specialist

Anne Corder Recruitment are hiring an Automotive Claims Specialist on behalf of an innovative and fast-growing company that offers a variety of automotive repair and maintenance plans throughout the UK. To support their continued expansion, they are looking for skilled individuals to join their growing Technical Department.



Position Overview:

We are seeking an Automotive Claims Specialist to join our client's team. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in the automotive industry, with experience as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and assessing claims, ensuring they meet accuracy standards and adhere to company policies.



Key Responsibilities:



Review and authorise claims from the repair network, ensuring they meet all technical and financial guidelines.

Request and review necessary documentation to support claim justification.

Verify that repair scopes are correctly performed and accurately claimed.

Maintain comprehensive records of claims and customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.

Monitor the performance of the authorised repair network and report any concerns to management.

Assist in resolving claim-related issues and provide guidance to the repair network.

Support the Technical Department with other relevant duties as needed. Qualifications:



Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostic processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
