Job Title: Senior Technical BPA Analyst

Location: North Buckinghamshire

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical BPA Analyst to support the transition of Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) and provide technical expertise across the business. This role involves working with key stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth transition of Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business.
• Provide technical support on BPA-related processes, systems, and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve BPA implementation.
• Support system testing, process enhancements, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory changes impacting BPA.
• Contribute to client communications and documentation updates.
• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.
• Handle technical queries and provide case-specific advice.
• Ensure all work meets legal, regulatory, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and BPA

✔ Experience with pension administration processes

✔ Ability to analyze, improve, and implement changes in pension workflows

✔ Good communication skills – able to explain technical matters clearly

✔ Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

✔ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, TPR)
