About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and business developers to design cutting-edge software, data, and cloud solutions. As we expand our client base in the Netherlands, you will also assist our business developers with pre-sales activities. Your daily task will include️ lead technical refinements and architectural sessions to ensure projects stay on track and meet requirements️ collaborate with customers, users, and Scrum team members to identify, analyze, understand, and specify project requirements️ propose alternative solutions to overcome professional or technical obstacles that arise during projects️ attend client meetings and provide technical architectural solutions️ assist the senior business development team with pre-sales activities to secure new clients️ visualize processes and requirements to enhance communication and understanding among team members and stakeholders️ be the go-to person for technical questions and provide technical support to your team️ ensure projects adhere to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development️ design sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions️ provide technical leadership and guide your team in their professional growthThe following will make you succeed in this role️ fluency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must for client interactions)️ proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders️ ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives️ in-depth knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization️ hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google)️ residency in or around Amsterdam to collaborate effectively with your team️ insight into current and future technology trends, especially in sales contexts️ ability to understand complex topics and processes, and translate them into actionable insights️ detail-oriented with a strong grasp of the big picture️ experience in starting software development projects from scratch and set standards for successful project delivery
