What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, and business plan objectives.

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to support communication activities for project plans.

  • Develop project plans to minimise outages for customers.

  • Ensure efficient delivery of performance targets, including customer satisfaction and service standards.

  • Undertake activities such as contract management, operational switching, and project management.

  • Support continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback.

  • Integrate asset stewardship and ownership values through sound engineering principles.

  • Promote safety behaviours and ensure compliance with safety legislation.

  • Deliver maintenance and reliability outputs in line with financial and regulatory objectives

What you’ll bring

  • Project/programme coordination experience.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and relevant output mechanisms.

  • General contract, commercial, and regulatory awareness.

  • Effective stakeholder and customer service engagement.

  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgement.

  • Technical and operational experience in a relevant industrial role.

  • Low Voltage operational authorisation.

  • Working knowledge of the Interconnected LV network.

  • Crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant network construction and operational experience.

  • Computer literacy
