In this role, you'll lead a team of M&E designers and experts, providing pre- and post-contract support. You'll play a pivotal part in managing and delivering all design and advisory to both internal and external stakeholders, overseeing technical resources, and driving continuous improvements within the Energy Division. The role also involves developing team competence, ensuring the highest standards of governance and leadership, and supporting the broader growth of the division.
