This position requires a strategic approach to both technical and organizational development, ensuring high-quality output and significant business impact.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical and management guidance to Engineering Managers and Team Leads across multiple teams.Lead post-M&A integration, optimizing product and organizational development through technical strategy, recruitment, role design, and budget planning.Oversee multi-organizational teams, driving execution of large-scale development projects across multiple locations, including international offices.Develop and implement systems that promote equal ownership and collaboration across global engineering teams.Establish and track quantitative objectives using OKR/MBO frameworks to measure success.Improve transparency and operational efficiency by fostering a documentation-first approach to reduce reliance on individual contributors.This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing global organization, requiring expertise in scaling teams, technical leadership, and strategic execution.
