**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director who will play a crucial role in shaping our client’s company's technical strategies and solutions. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HSE, HAZOP, and DSEAR etc assessments and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative and effective technical strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and refine the company's technical strategies in line with our client’s goals and objectives, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry standards and practices.
- Lead and manage HSE, HAZOP, and DSEAR etc assessment projects, delivering high-quality services to their clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical strategies with business development, project management, and client relations.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to technical teams, enhancing their performance and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects.
- Engage in continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to our operations and services.
- Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and methodologies to improve our services and create new opportunities for business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry experts.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and networking events, promoting their services and enhancing their reputation in the industry.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to win new business and grow their client base.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within the HSE consultancy sector.
- Deep knowledge of HSE regulations, HAZOP, and DSEAR assessments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
