They are proud of their impressive staff retention levels including multiple employees with 20 years + service.Working as a Technical Engineer you will be reporting into the Technical Manager you will be responsible for; Co-ordinating and implementing foundry techniques inclusive of Titanium and air techniques as well as thermal processingEnsuring technical sign offs are completedWriting and complete Finishing Route CardsApproving heat treatment techniques obtaining support from Technical DirectorAttending and contribute to the Techniques meetingAssisting in developing, improving, and monitoring manufacturing processesCompile and keep up to date logs of product development and data analysis for key customer issues/trials within shared accessBeing the main technical lead in supporting projects for customers, inclusive of customer project meetingsDirecting and control workloads, ensuring they are manageable, and the completion dates adhered toInterpreting and present data to management or senior colleaguesResponding to enquiries.
