Technical Engineer Job

Mission DetailsATTAIN SALES BUDGET: · Assist and support sales team in delivering targets through various technical visits. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERING: · Facilitates the regular presentations, training, and technical services to various customers. · Do demo or mockup of BOSTIK products for testing and client’s approvals. (VISAYAS/MINDANAO AREA) · Provides customers with solutions to develop, troubleshoot and optimize constructions processes. · Renders investigations on complaints regarding products and prepares recommended actions or correct methodology. · Contributes on training and improving the sales team by distributing technical knowledge to them. · Support the Sales team in answering technical questions from the clients. · Prepares correct methodologies that will ensure that the products are applied correctly.Required ProfileKnowledge: Adept in understanding and analyzing construction, market and its competition. Skills/Abilities: Equipped with skills in presentation, negotiation, product application, testing, customer service, complaint analysis, conflict resolution, technical reporting, and communication for both Filipino and English.
