Technical Manager (MSP) – Hands-on with Azure, Servers, Microsoft, and SQL Database

Location: Solihull

Salary: Up to £50,000

If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in Azure, Microsoft Servers, and SQL Databases, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while playing a pivotal role in managing and developing technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a range of technical operations, including cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premises servers.
• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Liaise with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, particularly in an MSP environment.
• Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and SQL Database management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system integration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
