- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide Agency through system adoption and organizational change.
- Manage technical changes and document configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Five years of technical management experience, including healthcare system implementation.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, such as RFP 0141-J.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
