You’ve got hands-on experience with plastic injection moulding and know how to get the best out of people, processes, and machinery. What you’ll be doing: Leading and refining injection moulding processes to boost efficiency and quality Managing tooling, machinery maintenance, and process development Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline operations Collaborating with design, production, and quality teams for seamless project delivery Supporting, coaching, and developing technical teams Ensuring all activities meet regulatory, safety, and industry standards What we’re looking for: A proven track record in a similar Technical Manager role within plastic injection moulding Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes, tooling, and materials A hands-on leader who can troubleshoot, optimise and inspire Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A natural motivator with a proactive, detail-focused mindset The package includes: A strong salary which is commensurate with your experience Relocation package up to £10,000 Discretionary performance-based annual bonus Private medical insurance Enhanced company sick pay package This is a standout opportunity for a Technical Manager with injection moulding experience to step into a leadership role with real influence.
