Technical Project Engineer/ Project Manager - Wind

Your Responsibilities:   You coordinate and supervise all project phases from design through construction and commissioning, ensuring execution aligns with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.  You manage resources, assign tasks, and collaborate with key teams, including construction, turbine suppliers, and BoP (Balance of Plant) contractors, to keep projects on track.  You serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team, company management, external partners, and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless communication and regulatory compliance.  You facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders, preventing misunderstandings and fostering successful project collaboration.  You promote innovation in wind project design and execution, driving efficiency improvements, reducing costs, and optimizing performance through new technologies and strategies.  You evaluate and integrate cutting-edge solutions, such as hybrid wind-solar technologies and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), to enhance project outcomes and future-proof operations.  You lead continuous improvement initiatives, adapting to new technologies and strategies to ensure your team remains competitive in the rapidly evolving renewable energy industry.  Requirements You have completed your bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy disciplines and possess a least 4 years of experience in wind energy or a similar renewable energy sector.  You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in overseeing large-scale engineering projects from design through commissioning.  You have a strong understanding of wind turbine technology and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.   You are skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects meet financial and operational targets.  You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.  You are adept at problem-solving and can drive innovation to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance.  You are familiar with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements for wind energy projects.  You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt to evolving technologies and market trends.  You are business-fluent in Portuguese.
