Job Description:
Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to support Project management activities in successful implementation, integration, and customization of corporate applications from project initiation to full production rollout.
Responsibilities
- Perform project execution and operations work Product Support (SaaS/Cots) and other web/non-web-based application functionality, technology, and implementation help frame, manage, and deliver strategic projects across the organization, driving the needs of our Delivery team Planning, procurement, and execution of a project, in any domain of engineering Be the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities
- Initiate, plan, control, and close small, medium, and large projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Plan the project in detail, organize the project team and work with resource managers to acquire and schedule resources Manage the progress of the project and communicate the project status to management and stakeholders regularly Manage conflicting priorities, multiple assignments, and drive/coordinate project meetings Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets Support team and customers in 24*7 environments.
- Manage production issues of all products used by Genpact Responsible to share RCCA post-closure of any production issue.
- Involve in workflow analysis of existing applications Involve in effort estimation for new change requests Transition current/new applications support Track metrics and publish status to various stakeholders (up to CXO levels) Identify risk in early part of the project and track it to closure Present the project status reports to stakeholders Work with Infosec, Internal Service provider (outsourced Vendor), and external Vendor like OEM

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Relevant work experience
- Relevant experience in Project Management in technical projects SDLC Relevant consulting experience within the IT industry project management experience implementing web-based applications experience managing/leading multiple teams on implementations of 10+ people Functional & Development knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Software modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Catalogue) in version Quebec Should have worked on automation tools preferably automation edge Knowledge on Virtual Agent, , Integrations Integration knowledge on performance analytics and dashboards creation should have knowledge for ITIL process Ability to work in a fast-paced environment works well in a team environment English proficient effective learning skills
- Good verbal and written communications skill effective interaction with business/clients open for 24*7 shift timings support Project/Program/Operation Management experience with Ability to drive business improvements.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Good exposure to pre-sales activities like responding to RFPs, RFQs and building up proposals Ability to define the scope of the project in collaboration with project team with technical solutions
Qualification

- Experience in Technical Project Management --- DevOps in Corporate Applications mainly in ServiceNow
- PMP certified and/or certified SCRUM Master

- Exposure to and conversant in ITIL
- Previous development and programming experience Hands-on experience with MS Project and Oracle Primavera
- Experience with BI tools
- Knowledge of the Quality/testing domain/App Economy
- Good technical skills (any of the languages HTML5, JavaScript, PL SQL, Hadoop, etc.)
- Working with Infosec, Internal Service provider (outsourced Vendor), and external Vendor like OEM
- Experience with projects handling Design, Deployment, and Support of corporate application in a Large Organization
- Transition experience of current/new applications support
- Prior experience being part of IT Application support team providing front line technical support to end-users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Production Governance related to issues
- Experience with Agile development
- Experience of Cloud technologies on the Azure platform
- Ability to absorb and incorporate new technologies/frameworks quickly.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment and Source Control Management.
