Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
- Experience in electrical estimating, procurement, or similar roles in construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting controls, and commercial construction.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for various projects.
- Collaborate with teams to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Source and procure electrical materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Contribute to budget analysis, financial tracking, and compliance with industry standards.
