Technical Sales Engineer
Logical PS is recruiting on behalf of a global brand and leading organisation within the mechanical manufacturing sector.
We require a Technical Sales Engineer
Essentially you will need:
* Valve an/or rotating equipment market knowledge
* A technical sales background with a positive, can-do attitude.
* A natural ability to build relationships with strong communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid experience in internal sales and stock control, with a proactive approach to projects
* BEng, HND, HNC, or similar in Mechanical or Automation Engineering is advantageous, but not essential.
The role:
* Working within the global valve market, dealing with clients' requirements
* Strengthening and building client relationships
* Providing knowledgeable technical support and resolving customer questions, concerns, and product issues with confidence.
* Managing and processing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Following up on high-value quotes and gathering feedback to drive insights for the team.
* Using our in-house systems for accurate documentation, project tracking, and reporting.
* Coordinating sales projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
* Maintaining thorough records and ensuring customer certification requirements are met at each stage.
* Collaborating with suppliers to uphold delivery timelines and efficient stock management.
* Bringing a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to team meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
