Technical Sales Engineer – North West - £40,000 + Commission\n\nA very successful company within the engineering sector are looking a Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen its team on a permanent basis covering the North West region.\n\nThe Technical Sales Engineer will be:\n\n * Supporting the sales function by proactively visiting clients to identify needs and generate new orders.\n\n * Supplying technical solutions\n\n * Suggesting process improvements, cost reductions, lean principles by utilising the company’s products.\n\n * Consulting with clients to recommend the right tools and equipment.\n\n * Travelling to customer sites daily\n\n * Building relationships and growing business with existing clients\n\n * Promote the company’s product range\n\n * Working with other internal and external sales teams\n\nThe ideal Technical Sales Engineer will have:\n\n * Hands on engineering / technical background\n\n * Demonstrable experience in technical sales roles, showcasing a track record of sales growth and maximizing existing opportunities.\n\n * Exceptional communication skills\n\n * Proficiency in MS Office packages\n\n * A consultative approach and a genuine desire to help provide clients with a better solution.\n\nIn return, the Technical Sales Engineer will get to work with a very successful company going through a positive amount of growth.
