You must excel at reaching management-level decision makers, hunting consistently for new business, qualifying opportunities effectively and thoroughly, closing new opportunities in a 3–6-month sales cycle, and overcoming resistance in a competitive market. Our ideal candidate is great at building relationships quickly, following a systematic sales process, and growing existing accounts for our firm.

You must be highly motivated, goal oriented, and have strong listening, analytical, problem solving and consultative selling skills.

You must be a self-starter, take ownership of your results, have a willingness and commitment to do what it takes to be successful, and work without supervision. Travel required within a 200-mile radius of Cincinnati Ohio.

*Selection Process*

During this assessment you will be asked to provide the email address of three previous employers that can be used as references. You can provide them at this time or return later in the process for that.

Step 2 – A subset of candidates will be selected to proceed to the next step, a short phone interview.

Step 3 – Several candidates will then be selected to proceed to face to face interview.

Step 4 – A few candidates will be selected for a final interview with the company’s CEO and President.

Step 5 – One special candidate will be selected for the position of Outside Technical Sales.
