Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales within the custom injection molding industry&
- A solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom plastic injection molding
- Previous experience in a customer-facing / Engineering role&
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to customer& sites
Schedule:& & Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Essential Duties May Include:
- Focusing on expanding client base by proactively identifying and sourcing custom plastic injection molding opportunities for production
- Effectively demonstrating technical features of injection molding capabilities to prospective clients
- Driving sales by building and maintaining strong business relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Traveling to customer sites and providing personalized service and support as well as managing on-site visits to showcase the facility and processes
- Collaborating with Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies to maximize success
