You will like\n\nManaging technical sales for magnetics & power division fully remote in UK for an innovative engineering technology company renowned for solving challenging problems for blue-chip clients in the renewable energy, security, medical, transportation, aerospace and defence industries,\n\nYou will like\n\nThe Technical Sales Manager embedded & power job itself where you will be responsible for the business development of magnetics and power products from technical design to commercial account management. Solutions focused, and proactive approach to understanding market requirements to identify new customers.  More specifically:\n\nProactively identify new customers and target markets to grow and convert a sustainable demand creation funnel. \n\t\nFollow-up and develop business leads with new and existing customers.\n\t\nTo maintain customer profile forms to ensure business strategies are clearly visible.\n\t\nEnsure close working relationships with key suppliers and conduct monthly reviews of key projects.

\n\t\nAchievement of monthly and annual sales/margin targets and personal objectives.\n\t\nMaintain a good understanding of product groups to improve cross sell opportunities.\n\t\nAttend regular meetings to discuss progress to sales forecasts and activities to ensure objectives are being met.\n\t\nPresent and demonstrate to customers the benefits of products in terms of specification, quality, price, technical benefits, logistics support, timely delivery, etc.\n\t\nSuccessfully negotiating, implementing, and managing contracts & winning orders to meet the customer & company’s expectations.\n\t\nProvide detailed feedback and reports on sales activities to Line Manager.\n\t\nTimely management of any administrative duties including:\n\nPlanning & Organising work schedule and set up of appointments/visits.\n\t\t\nUpdating and maintaining CRM database records.\n\t\t\nForecasting, monitoring, and evaluating sales figures for the region.\n\nTo participate in Exhibitions, Sales meetings, and other meaningful activities as required.\n\t\nTo ensure that all activities/tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and the Quality / ISO system.\n\nYou will have\n\nTo be successful as Technical Sales Manager magnetics & power, you will have a healthy mix of the following: \n\nElectronics or similar degree. \n\t\nAmbitious, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with 5+ years relevant and transferable related key account management and new business development experience.\n\t\nKnowledge and design experience with Magnetics & Power.\n\t\nKnowledge of customer base, markets, and applications.\n\t\nDemonstrable experience in building strong internal and external relationships.\n\t\nExperience supporting Field Sales Engineers in their primary role of developing new business, product specification and successfully closing opportunities.\n\t\nExperience in gathering market information to identify new customers.\n\t\nComputer literate; proficient in the use of Excel, Word & PowerPoint\n\t\nPrevious responsibility for implementing sales plans, resolution of technical issues, quotations, steering the sales process and identifying new business opportunities. \n\nYou will get\n\nAs Technical Sales Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £60K-£70K + Package.\n\nPackage includes company car or £600 monthly allowance, 10-20% performance-related bonus, pension, life assurance, income protection, laptop, mobile phone.\n\nYou can apply\n\nTo Technical Sales Manager by pushing the button on this job posting (recommended), or by sending CV in confidence to (url removed)  \n\nUK_MS
