Technical Service Manager
Technical Service Manager - Experience within Fire & Security.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
*
Support service administrators with maintaining accurate system data
*
Ensure all reactive calls taken by phone, emails ensure attendance within the required SLA
*
Support the administration team with scheduling, planned on site activities and managing field engineering team productivity
*
Update and maintain customer portals to ensure compliance
*
Prepare annual service contract quotations
*
Prepare remedial quotes as per KPI’s
*
Monitor client orders to ensure work is scheduled at per KPI’s
*
Review and monitor all client KPI’s
*
KPI, client review meeting preparation and attendance
*
Review and resolve invoice queries
*
Liaise will other departments within the business
*
Support and maintain site asset registers
*
Collate and monitor out of hours engineer call out rota
*
Provide out of hours engineer support
*
Provide technical support to the field and administration team
*
Produce Service, Maintenance and small works risk and methods statements
*
Develop engineering capabilities through training and mentoring of the field engineering team
*
Carry out field inspections and audits, maintaining records as required to ensure compliance
*
Toolbox talks
*
Monitor and update stores and field vehicles stock
*
Review, monitor and update loan equipment, engineer equipment registers
*
Monitor vehicle register
*
Ensure all invoicing is completed as per the forecast
*
Review and action customer complaints
*
Liaise with external providers i.e ARC’s, subcontractors and suppliers
