APR Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Technical Service Advisor (TSA) to join our team. This position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer support to help our clients succeed in the HVAC and plumbing industries. As part of this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 50% of the time, while the other 50% will involve traveling to job sites and customer locations within the Greater Philadelphia Area, serving Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey.

What You’ll Do

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support through calls, emails, and video assistance.
• Document all support activities in the Lead Smart ticketing system.
• Assist customers with system design, equipment matchups, and warranty approvals.
• Deliver manufacturer training, custom sessions, and general industry education.
• Conduct job site visits for troubleshooting, startups, and commissioning.
• Participate in bi-weekly virtual meetings and monthly in-person training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC field service with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (HVAC certification or training ).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with electrical meters, tools, schematics, and computer programs.
• Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional customer service focus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
