Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

The Role



We are seeking a self-motivated, keen-to-learn individual to join our team as an Assistant Technical Services Manager (TSM). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally working towards a relevant academic qualification, to develop their skills and progress into a Technical Services Manager role.



The Assistant TSM will work alongside an experienced Technical Services Manager, providing support across all stages of project delivery, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.



Key Responsibilities



Pre-Construction Support – Assist in planning and coordinating building services requirements before the project starts.

Project Delivery – Ensure the effective execution of technical services, working closely with subcontractors and site teams.

Collaboration & Reporting – Work alongside project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion while maintaining technical quality.



Requirements



✅ Experience: 2-3 years within the construction industry (subcontractor or construction background ).

✅ Qualifications: Working towards or holding HNC, HND, or Degree (Not Essential but could be good)

✅ Skills:



* Strong technical knowledge of building services installations.



* Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.



* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.



* Passion for learning and developing within the Technical Services field.
