We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Technical Specialist Card Org and Loan. Principal responsibilities Work closely with Group/Regional IT to understand the Group’s direction and provide solutions to HASE business areas. Develop effective technology support for WPB through defining IT strategy, providing IT consultation and delivering IT solutions, so as to achieve the strategic goals and efficient operations of the business. Contribute to the development, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures and standards to ensure effective risk management, quality control and compliance are in place. Provide on-going support and maintenance for production systems and system enhancement to support strategic business growth and development. Manage a team, with accountability for the performance of the team activities and focuses on continuous improvement of the performance of the team from a productivity, service, quality, training and effectiveness perspective Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework. Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly. Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the team. Requirements University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines. Minimal 10+ years' experience of IT Programme/Project Management. Experience in managing IT project in a complex environment, preferably on a regional or global scale. Manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk & control and efficiency changes. Strong leadership and people management skills and stakeholder management experience Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and matrix environment Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
