About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join their team, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and reliably. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and Configure Equipment: Set up new electrical and mechanical systems, providing technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with a variety of equipment, including generators (generator experience is required).
- Repairs & Maintenance: Perform repairs and replace faulty components to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
- Generator Deployment: Be trained on and assist in the deployment and operation of generators in critical situations.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation for each project.
- Customer Presentations: Conduct training sessions and presentations for customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with upper management across all levels to address technical needs and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Must have certifications in Electrical, Automotive, Generators, or equivalent fields.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with generators is mandatory.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to customers and team members.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be able to work 100% on-site.
