ROLE: Technical Specification Manager\n \nHOURS: 40 per Week - Permanent Role\n \nSALARY: c£50,000, plus Company Car/allowance and Annual Bonus up to 20%\n \nBENEFITS: Company Car, Private Medical Assurance, Pension\n \nBASE: Field Based - Area coverage of the Midlands down to the South\n\nEurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.\n\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Specification Manager to support our Commercial Sales team with an area coverage of the Midlands down to the South.\n\nYou will be responsible for driving the growth of Eurocell's Products with a strong focus on building relationships with Key Fabricator/Installer accounts, Specifiers, Commercial Developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.\n\nWHAT OUR SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGERS DO: \n \nIdentify and capture project opportunities, building a pipeline that aligns with the commercial sectors growth \nEngage with architects, commercial developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities early in the specification process \nProvide expert advice on product design, technical solutions, and compliance with legislation \nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders and the fabricator/installer network \nCollaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specification requirements and are delivered on time \nPlay a key role in supporting contract and tender negotiations \nProvide hands-on support throughout the customer journey, ensuring that the specification process moves smoothly from initial enquiry through design, planning, and project delivery \nProactively generate leads by networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research \n\nWHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGERS:\n \nPrevious Specification experience within the fenestration industry \nA technical aptitude with the ability to learn and communicate the technical aspectse, including legislative and compliance \nA proven track record in identifying commercial projects and success in winning projects \nAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure \nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills \nPossess strong organisational/timekeeping skills \nFull UK Driving License \n\nWHAT WE OFFER OUR SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGERS: \n \nYou will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of c£50,000 \nCompany Car \nAnnual Bonus on target up to 20% \n25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year \nFree Healthcare plan for all employees \nEnhanced Maternity and Paternity benefit \nFree Life Assurance Plan of 3x your Annual Salary Christmas shutdown \nOption to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company success \nCompany Pension Plan \nEmployee discount on Eurocell products \nDiscounts across many well-known online and high street retailers \nA blend of training, including e-learning and on the job training to help your career development \nCare First Employee Assistance Programme, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for confidential support and advice, if and when you need it \nColleague Referral Programme; we pay you for successfully referring people to join our team \nExcellent opportunities to grow with us, and progress your career \n\nWe reserve the right to close this vacancy early.
