We are seeking 5 Hybrid Technical Help Desk Support reps to support a tech client and to join our growing and enterprise Legal team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing legal support and service information and resolving customer issues regarding questions about their legal insurance plan. We are looking for candidates with high volume inbound customer service experience, including 50-60 inbound calls per day.
We are growing and looking to hire 4 Member Support Reps to start on October 7th. This is full time Member Support Representative role that starts at $19 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.
Training hours are 8:30am-5:00pm and after training you will move to one of the following Monday-Friday schedules listed below:
After Training
- The scheduled options are 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30pm-6:00pm, 10:00am-6:30pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm
This is a Hybrid role and after 8 weeks of training onsite at our on-site Henderson office and if doing well, you will move to HYBRID, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer on average 50-60 inbound phone calls, email, and live chats per day from current and potential members. Contacts can pertain to providing information regarding using the plan, presenting all options and plan coverage, eligibility, written document requests and/or attorney referrals and completing digital estate planning documents
- Provide members with website support and self-service capabilities guidance
- Process enrollment/cancellation requests when applicable
- Record eligibility inquiries when a customer does not appear as an eligible plan member
- Record client inquiries for plan members with in-network attorney service issues
- Work in a ticketing system to make contact notes and/or updates for all contacts
- Resolve eligibility inquiries and follow up with customer within 24-48 hours of initial intake
- Contact Network Attorney to schedule initial consultation for members requesting this service
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiry or intake resolution as needed
- Assist with on-the-job mentoring of new Member Support Representatives as needed
Qualifications
- 2-10+ Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to work on 3 computer screens
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experience with Zendesk/Cisco is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be located in the Henderson, NV area
- Have a reliable, high-speed internet/wifi connection available in his/her home
- Have a quiet place from which to work

College Experience
- 2-5 years minimum of customer service experience
- Inbound call center experience
- Bachelor's degree
Compensation
- Compensation starts at $19 per hour with full benefits
