TECHNOLOGUE INTERMÉDIAIRE EN ARCHITECTURE – SURVEILLANCE DE CHANTIER / INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST – SITE SUPERVISION

Engish follows Le.la technologue intermédiaire en architecture relève de l'architecte associé.e au sein d'une équipe collaborative. Responsabilités  Effectuer les visites et/ou inspections de chantier et rédiger les rapports (sur la plateforme Procore) et suivis  Évaluer et commenter les demandes de paiement  Préparer et émettre les certificats de paiement  Évaluer et commenter le coût des changements  Effectuer le suivi de QRT/RFI auprès de l’entrepreneur général, conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet  Coordonner les changements avec les autres disciplines, conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet ; Assister et organiser (conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet) les réunions d’équipe Constituer une ressource d’équipe pour les dessins d’atelier et fiches techniques, en coordination avec le/la chargée de projet  Représenter NEUF aux réunions de chantier hebdomadaires et préparer le résumé, pour suivi et coordination avec l’équipe architecture et design intérieur  Établir les priorités selon besoins au chantier  Vérifier et commenter les directives avant leur émission The intermediate architectural technologist is part of a collaborative reporting to the Partner Architect in charge. Responsabilities Carry out site visits and/or inspections, writing reports (using Procore platform) and follow-ups Assess and comment on requests for payment Prepare and issue payment certificates Assess and comment on the cost of changes Together with the project manager, follow up on QRT/RFI with the general contractor Together with the project manager,coordinate changes with other disciplines Together with the project manager, organize and participate in team meetings Constitute a team resource for shop drawings and technical date sheets, together with the project manager Represent NEUF at weekly site meetings (followed by coordination with the architecture and interior design team/prepare meeting summaries) Responsible for establishing priorities according to site needs Validate and comment on instructions prior to issuance PROFIL Engish follows Posséder un DEC technique en architecture  Démontrer 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente  Voir connaissance des codes et règlements en vigueur  Détenir de solides connaissances techniques  Maîtriser des logiciels AutoCAD et Revit  Travailler de façon autonome, mais également en équipe  Présenter une attitude positive et excellent service client  Communiquer aisément à l’oral comme à l’écrit (français et anglais)  DEC in architectural technology Demonstrate 5 to 10 years of relevant experience Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations Strong technical knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software Ability to work independently as well as within a team Hold a positive attitude and excellent client service skills Bilingual ability in French and English (both spoken and written) AVANTAGES  English follows Une carrière chez NEUF architect(e)s, c'est évoluer dans un milieu créatif et collaboratif qui favorise la santé et le mieux-être de ses 250 collaborateurs.
