Greencroft Communities is looking for a Technology Operations Manager to support our Information Systems (IS) team in maintaining, expanding, and optimizing the technology that serves our and team members across all locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead IT Operations – Ensure seamless technology services, including EHR, HVAC controls, phone systems, staff and monitoring systems, and more.
• Champion Cloud Solutions – Drive our cloud-first approach, migrating applications and data to improve accessibility, security, and efficiency.
• Empower Teams with Technology – Support our staff through training, troubleshooting, and implementation of software solutions across all communities.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity & Compliance – Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
• Innovate & Strategize – Assist the VP of IS with strategic IT planning, budget management, and long-term technology goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required. Prior experience in IT operations .
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and LAN networking.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and drive continuous improvement in IT processes.
• People & Project Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to lead IT projects while collaborating with multiple departments.
