Test and Commissioning Networking Engineer

At least 3 years experience in testing and commissioning in Telecommunication System (preferable) Project or Telecom Service Provider Fluent in English Prefer to have CCNA, CCNP certificate Seeking an experienced Telecommunication System T&C Assistant to assist the Project Testing and Commissioning Manager/Lead Engineer in successful implementation of the Ho Chi Minh Project. Preparation or review of Project Suite of Test and Commissioning Plans and Standard Operating Procedures ensuring that the Plans adhere to contract, IEC/JIS/Vietnamese or EN standards as required. Review Test and Commissioning Plans for various subsystems of Telecommunication System as shown above compliance to the relevant requirements as required. Review Test and Commissioning Test Procedures for various subsystems of Telecommunication System as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required. Review and/or prepare Test and Commissioning Test Reports for various subsystems of Telecommunication System as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required. To review and/or preparation of Wiring Diagram, C&I Drawing and other relevant documents required for the Testing and Commissioning stage and instruct to test team, coo-worker to fix the issues if any and support to prepare and submit the as-built documents. Support for Telecom manager in training activities (demonstration of Equipment Operation and/or Maintenance) for O&M company staff. Review of the Quality Assurance Documentation that effect On Site Testing and Commissioning Activities Be part of their allocated Sub system to carry out and complete PAT (Partial Acceptance Test) and SAT (System Acceptance Test) Be part of the Team that executes the System Integration Tests. Be part of the Permit to Work Process ensure that Test Drivers and Control Centre Staff are available to assist Sub-systems with onsite testing and commissioning activities working in conjunction with the CRO (Communication Rail Operation) department. Work in conjunction with the Health and Safety Manager(s) for On-Site Activities Ensuring all company safety, quality, environmental, commercial and project management procedures are followed as relevant to tasks undertaken. Any other tasks request by the Project Test and Commissioning Manager, Telecommunication Manager and Project Management team. Complete Verification Tests (Installation tests) as requested by Project Construction and Installation Team or Project Test and Commissioning Manager REQUIREMENT: Preferably experiences in implementation of some Telecommunication systems, such as Network Operating Control System, Network System Configuration and Access Control of Data Transmission System, Telephone System, CCTV System, Public Address System, Radio System etc. Total Year of Experience in Telecommunication projects; At least 03 years b) Experience in testing and commissioning in Telecommunication System (preferable) Project or Telecom Service Provider; At least 03years Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Information Technology, Electronic and Telecommunication) Fluent in English, in particular strong skill in speaking, writing, interpretation and translation in English.
