You will work with Key representatives from Manufacturing/Test/Process/Equipment and other internal multi-functional teams to specify, develop, optimize, integrate and qualify systems for manufacturing. You will provide direction and assistance, locally and internationally, to enable new technology, reducing overall cost, increase yield, reliability, safety, equipment efficiency and utilization optimization, product manufacturing quality improvements and continuous improvement projects. We require someone responsible for aligning and facilitating improvement of manufacturing capability and performance, implementing global business processes, and enabling the leverage of world-wide resources to deliver Best Known Methods (BKM) effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities and TasksResponsible for Test TOR (Tool of Records) equipment sites' support, evaluation, solving and installationFan out Best Known Method to all sites in TOR procedures, deficiencies and designs/implements improvements.Work closely with Key Equipment Group, Process Engineering and Site’s Equipment Maintenance team to develop and support new process/technology implementation.Work with vendors to address manufacturing issues of spares delivery, quality, performance and organizational change.Lead and coordinate priorities and activities to accomplish project tasks in your area(s) of responsibility.Balance priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global.Supervise process efficiency and equipment OEE, find opportunities for improvements.Track metrics for benchmarking Performance. Identify and share BKMs across sites and track compliance to align.Supports TOR Equipment OS (Operating Software) and software release.Supports evaluation on NPI, new technologies and equipment to improve current toolsets and methods.Responsible for conducting and mentoring site equipment owners to take up a new project in Copy Smart Team (CST). Eventually enabling the CST member to play an active roles and responsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of equipment and area materials safety concerns in the area of focus and address issues with equipment and materials vendorsHaving positive attitudes, independent and determined in projects/tasks assigned.Occasionally need to travel to support relevant projects/deployment.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
