Thermal process engineer specialist

Job DescriptionSupport by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition,validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internalprocedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC orcentral entities.BEHAVIOR:• Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.• Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams. In a global environment• Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.Thermal process Specialist:• Support to develop, test and validate thermal profiles in the different thermal machines (SMT and FA lines) in conformity the specification of the costumer and the specification of the different materials of the products.• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and procedures, whichcontribute to reducing and eliminating non conformities and optimizing processes.• Provide support in the reception and validation of Thermal process according Bosch Standards.• Provide support to production in solving problems in the Thermal processes.Responsible supporting for creation and maintenance of golden samples for the Thermal profiles:Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release, implementation on production process and definition of correct storage and maintenance.• Responsible to follow implementation of DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requestedfor VS.• Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and newrequirements and communicate them to MFP group.• Ensure the participation of the group of engineers in global process meetings. Sharing lessons learned.• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement this trainings and actions in a systematic way.• Responsible for supporting by quality / customer audits.• Responsible to validate NPI establishing process parameters and production release.• Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.• Eliminate non-valued added activities.• Responsible to train technicians on process, machine configuration and process parametersQualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics / Electromechanic / MechanicalLANGUAGE: English advancedSKILLS:• Knowledge in Thermodynamics.• Experience (3-5 years) in convection technologies and UV curing technologies.• Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning andimprovement.• Mechanical knowledge for warranty the correct and efficient function of the different internaldevices of the thermal processes (Mechanical alignment).• Advanced knowledge in creation of thermal profiles.• Knowledge in software for creation of thermal profilometers (Fluke & Ebro)• Experience +2 years in brandso Rehmo Ceracono Masso SMT• Advanced knowledge in Robotics and process automation.• Knowledge in Control methods (PID)• Knowledge in Traceability system (MES)• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.• Experience (3-5 years) as mechanical process or maintenance.• PLC programming is a plus: TwinCAT.• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.• Design CAD: Solid works, or other mechanical design SW.• Deep Knowledge in MSA and SPC.• Basic knowledge in vision system and scanners (Keyence, Cognex, Data Logic).• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.Additional InformationBosch amplía constantemente su presencia internacional, ya que para nosotros la diversidad cultural representa una de nuestras mayores fuerzas.
