Working Hours: From 7am to 3:30pm, with emergency on-call duties.
Salary: Experience compensation at $31.20 hourly, with weekly payouts.

- Keep your work area orderly and clean.
- Address any safety concerns with supervisors promptly.
What We Look For:
- High school diploma or similar preferable.
- Five-plus years in the realm of thermoforming.
- Either Level 4 operator training or equivalent expertise required.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be open to overtime work and flexible shifts.
Expected Physical Capabilities:
- Standing or walking is a routine necessity.
- Tasks often require reaching and hand dexterity.
- Occasional long-distance walking over 500 feet.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Work in varied climate and noise conditions typical of manufacturing units.
Quality Assurance:
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices without fail.
- Report concerns regarding equipment or building when they occur.
- Facilitate quick turnaround for failure resolutions.
Your Tasks:
- Modify pre-production process settings on thermoforming lines.
- Prepare blended equipment for the production runs.
- Address and amend any process issues during operations.
- Provide mentorship to operators on equipment setup and operation.
- Complete all paperwork with accuracy and punctuality.
- Contribute to, document, and learn from product improvement efforts.
- Be available for business-driven overtime needs.
Areas of Proficiency:
- Mastery in mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience with Nylon 6, Nylon 66, and PA6
- Thermoforming and Injection Molding experience
- Blueprint reading skills
