One of our customers is searching for a Third Shift Production Supervisor!

Ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience managing a team and be able to successful interact with multiple personalities.  Prior manufacturing or extrusion experience is required.  Currently managing 10-15 employee but must have the ability to demonstrate forward thinking to project future company growth.

• Managing the workflow of their employees, and delegating tasks
• Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement
• Assisting with training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company's plans and vision.

Hours of operation

12:00 pm- 8:00 am

OT is being worked 2 weekends per month

Education

Minimum GED / HS Diploma.
